Dak Prescott’s brother didn’t hold back with a social media post following the Matthew Stafford trade to Los Angeles.
Dallas Cowboys fans are hoping for big news to arrive this offseason in regards to Dak Prescott and his contract with the team. For a while now, Prescott has been hoping to get a big new deal from Jerry Jones and Dallas.
However, the two sides have failed to meet halfway, with Prescott still on his rookie contract. With that being said, Prescott’s brother has always been vocal in his thoughts on social media, with him taking to Twitter following the Jared Goff-Matthew Stafford trade.

As you can see from the tweet, Prescott’s brother strongly believes it’s time for Dallas to get things done with a big contract extension. Prescott truly wasn’t expected to be a superstar quarterback coming out of Mississippi State. Yet, the former fourth-round pick has turned heads and become the leader of the Cowboys.
As soon as Prescott suffered his fractured ankle, Dallas’ season was flipped upside down. Not having him out on the field showcased to everyone just how important he is to the offense, as Dallas struggled with Andy Dalton under center.
Dallas missed the postseason in 2020 and had to watch the Washington Football Team going on to win the division. The Cowboys had Super Bowl aspirations this season, but everything went away as soon as Prescott went down with his injury.
Now, Prescott is working around the clock to get himself healthy for 2021. Whether or not he plays under a new contract remains to be seen. But if you ask his brother, Prescott is more than deserving of big bucks. We’ll see if Jones feels the same way.
