Duke and Kentucky meet in the season-opener for both college basketball blue bloods in the Champions Classic from Madison Square Garden. Live stream information and betting picks.

Two of the biggest names in college basketball are set to face off in a huge matchup to start the season Tuesday evening. The No. 10 Kentucky Wildcats and the No. 9 Duke Blue Devils will meet in Madison Square Garden starting at 8:30 p.m. CT.

Duke is coming off a less-than-stellar season that featured a 13-11 record and the announcement that legendary coach Mike Krzyzewski will retire. This will be the last season of Blue Devils basketball that Krzyzewski oversees as Jon Scheyer will take over the program at the end of this season.

John Calipari and the Kentucky Wildcats also had a pretty bad year last season. The Wildcats only managed to get to a 9-16 record, but with the talent present in Lexington, things could be considerably better this year.
