Here is the official “One Shining Moment’ music video for the 2022 NCAA Tournament.

The Kansas Jayhawks overcame a 16-point deficit to defeat the North Carolina Tar Heels 72-69 to win the 2022 NCAA national championship.

As is tradition on a yearly basis, there is a certain music video played a the end of the NCAA national championship game, highlighting all of the tournament’s incredible moments and the massive upsets. The official highlight reel is played with “One Shining Moment.”

The music video featured the magical run of the Saint Peter’s Peacocks, the underdog team that defeated Kentucky, Murray State and Purdue to become the first No. 15 seed to make it to the Elite Eight.

Duke had a deep run in the NCAA Tournament on the journey to give head coach Mike Krzyzewski his sixth national title before he officially retired at season’s end. They did get past CSU Fullerton, Michigan State, Texas Tech and Arkansas to reach the Final Four. Their run ultimately reached it’s end in the national semifinals, as they fell to the rival Tar Heels.

North Carolina were the dream killers of the tournament. They eliminated the defending national champion Baylor Bears, sent home Saint Peter’s and effectively retired Coach K for the ultimate bragging rights.

Villanova under Jay Wright are known winners when they make it into the NCAA Tournament. In fact, they only lost three games in their last six trips. They looked to win their third national title in that span, but they fell to the Jayhawks in the Final Four.

Kansas went through Texas Southern, Creighton, Providence, Miami (Fla.) and the Wildcats to reach the national title game and ultimately win it all in thrilling fashion.
