When do the 2022 NBA Playoffs start?

It’s that time of the year again and the NBA is gearing up for the playoffs. 

The Milwaukee Bucks won last year’s championship and are on the road to potentially defending their title.

The L.A. Lakers will not be a part of this season’s playoff due to their dismal campaign, placing them towards the bottom of the Western Conference. The NBA playoffs will run of a play-in tournament to determine the final two seeds in each conference.

When do the NBA playoffs start?

For the last two seasons, the NBA has been using the play-in format and will continue to do so for the 2022 season. The regular season ends April 10 with the play-in tournament picking up on April 12.

The play-in tournament will include the No.7 to No.10 seeds in each conference, battling out for a spot in the NBA playoffs.

Atlanta Hawks 

Charlotte Hornets 

Western Conference

The NBA playoffs are scheduled to start on April 16. The remaining regular-season games can be watched on ABC, TNT, and ESPN.

The Play-In tournament can be watched on ESPN and TNT and the playoffs are available on ABC networks.
