Former WWE Tough Enough winner Sara Lee has died

WWE Tough Enough season six winner Sara Lee passed away at the age of 30.

WWE Tough Enough Season 6 winner Sara Lee has passed away at the age of 30. Her mother, Terri Lee, announced the news in a Facebook post. No cause of death has been announced.

“It is with heavy hearts we wanted to share that our Sara Weston has gone to be with Jesus,” Lee’s mother writes. “We are all in shock and arrangements are not complete. We ask that you respectfully let our family mourn. We all need prayers especially Cory and her children.”

Lee was a competitor in the sixth season of Tough Enough (2015), the WWE’s reality competition series. Those on the show took part in professional wrestling training, with the winner receiving a WWE contract. This was the first season of Tough Enough since its revival in 2010. Season 6 was hosted by Chris Jericho, with Daniel Bryan, Paige, Hulk Hogan, and The Miz serving as judges.

Making it to the finale, Lee lost a match to WWE wrestler Alicia Fox. Lee was announced as the female winner of Tough Enough, defeating fellow finalist and current NXT wrestler Mandy Rose in. fan vote. Joshua Bredl was the male winner for the sixth season of Tough Enough.

Lee was released by WWE in 2016.

Lee is survived by husband and former WWE wrestler Wesley Blake and their three young children.
