WWE Extreme Rules 2022 takes place on Saturday, Oct. 8, and features multiple specialty matches.

The last time WWE held a premium live event, it was Clash at the Castle on Sept. 3 live from Cardiff, Wales, in what is in serious contention for show of the year. This weekend, there is another event that fans look forward to.

On Oct. 8, WWE presents Extreme Rules 2022, live from Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, PA. Unlike last year, this year’s Extreme Rules show features all specialty matches, two of which are for championships.

Liv Morgan defends her SmackDown Women’s Championship against Ronda Rousey in an extreme rules match. Bianca Belair defends her Raw Women’s title against longtime rival Bayley in a ladder match.

There are four other matches on the show, all of which are grudge matches.

WWE Extreme Rules 2022 start time

The main card for Extreme Rules begins at 8:00 p.m. ET. There is a kickoff show scheduled for 7:00 p.m. ET, which may be worth tuning in to. There is a possibility an extra match is added to the pre-show.
