Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams made an impressive one-handed catch while being interfered with by Los Angeles Rams cornerback Jalen Ramsey.

The Las Vegas Raiders have been on fire in recent weeks, carrying a three-game winning streak into Week 14. Luckily for them, they are facing a banged-up Los Angeles Rams team that is on a six-game skid.

On the very first drive, the Raiders got on the board, thanks in part to an incredible catch by star wide receiver Davante Adams. On third-and-five, Carr heaved a pass along the sideline to Adams, who was being interfered with by Rams cornerback Jalen Ramsey. That was no hindrance for the wide receiver, as he hauled in the football with just one hand.

Not only did he make the catch, but also drew the penalty on Ramsey. Of course, Raiders head coach Josh McDaniels declined the penalty in favor of the 32-yard gain.

Let’s take a look at how Twitter reacted to Adams torching Ramsey on that play.

It was a great way for the Raiders to start off the game. Nine plays later, Las Vegas got into the end zone on a goal-line touchdown run by Josh Jacobs. After the extra point attempt, the Raiders took an early 7-0 lead.

Entering this game, Adams had recorded 79 receptions for 1,176 yards and 12 touchdowns, the latter of which was tied for first in the NFL.

In coverage, Ramsey had allowed 43 receptions for 433 yards and five touchdowns on 64 targets through 12 games entering Week 14, per Pro Football Reference. Ramsey also recorded 10 defended passes and one interception on the year.

What a way to make an early statement for Adams, who may have already made the catch of Week 14.
