WWE Draft results 2023: Updates from April 28 SmackDown

The first night of the 2023 WWE Draft begins on the Apr. 28 episode of Friday Night SmackDown. Here are all of the picks for Raw and SmackDown.

The 2023 NFL Draft officially took place on Thursday, Apr. 27 with their first round. While they will continue their event in Kansas City, Mo. on Friday with the second and third rounds, WWE will be beginning their own draft in Corpus Christi, Texas.

On SmackDown, the first night of the WWE Draft will be underway at 8:00 p.m. ET, with superstars and stables set to find out which they will be competing primarily. Both SmackDown and Monday Night Raw will each get eight picks on Friday night. From there, selections will continue on Saturday morning on Peacock, and on the May 1 episode of Raw.

Each night of the WWE Draft will feature a unique pool of eligible superstars. Here’s what the pool looks like for the first night of the draft, courtesy of WWE.com:
