Since being fired from the Tennessee Titans, Mike Munchak has received plenty of interest at the professional and collegiate level. After losing out on the Detroit Lions and Penn State Nittany Lions head coaching vacancies, Munchak is now looking at a potential positional coach gig.
According to reports, he will be meeting with the Pittsburgh Steelers about the offensive line coach position. There is no date set for their meeting.
From Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports:
As for other PIT/TEN connections, expect former TEN HC Mike Munchak to meet w/Steelers about their OL opening soon, possible at Senior Bowl

If the Steelers were able to land Munchak as the team’s offensive line coach, it could be exactly what they need to finally get that unit playing up at a respectable level.
However, they will have some competition from the Houston Texans, who also met about a potential OL coach gig.
It may be tempting for Munchak to return to the AFC South to help a team get past his former employer, but he also has roots in Pennsylvania and could be intrigued by the opportunity to the state where he grew up.
