Former Washington State wide receiver Rahmel Dockery sat out the entire 2013 season after leaving the Cougars in the summer and it looks like a leader has emerged to land the former three-star recruit.

According to BuildingtheDam.com, the Oregon State Beavers have the inside track at landing Dockery’s services

After losing one of the top wide receivers in the nation, Brandin Cooks, to the 2014 NFL Draft, Oregon State could use additional talent on the outside and Dockery would give the Beavers a body that they are currently lacking on the depth chart.

Oregon State recruited Dockery when he was coming out of high school, and now they may finally have the opportunity to work with him and see what he can provide on the field.

Once Dockery returns to the field, he will have three years of eligibility remaining.
