It seems like every time a star player decides to dip into the Hollywood limelight to find themselves a girlfriend, struggles on the field ensue.

Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Matt Kemp, who saw a massive dip in numbers after dating pop singer Rihanna, is well aware of the problem. Now it’s something Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers is dealing with.

Some in Green Bay have began to blame Rodgers’ actress girlfriend Olivia Munn for the quarterback’s struggles (she was called a ‘devil woman’) and the noise has become so loud, Aaron Rodgers had to address the talk during his appearance on ESPN Milwaukee radio.

The funny thing is, while the Green Bay Packers are struggling as a team, Aaron Rodgers isn’t playing that bad. No he isn’t putting up MVP level numbers like we’ve seen before, but he’s also just three games into the season. In addition, one of those games just happened to come against the stout defense of the Seattle Seahawks and Rodgers is also playing with an inept rushing attack.

It seems the fear for some is Aaron Rodgers getting a little too preoccupied with the Hollywood lifestyle (commercials, appearances, etc) but his ‘struggles’ are impressive numbers for most.

Hopefully Olivia Munn will unleash a typically witty response to the suggestions in the near future.
