Baltimore Ravens running back Trent Richardson believes that he will make the Hall of Fame one day.

When it comes to biggest draft busts of the last decade, running back Trent Richardson is near the top of the list. After flaming out with several teams and being cut multiple times, Richardson doesn’t have many chances left to try and get his career going at 25 years old.

Currently with the Baltimore Ravens, Richardson is hoping that he can make the roster and finally start working toward becoming a productive back in the league. While it seems like a long shot, Richardson has high expectations for himself.

And that is where the delusion is kicking in for Richardson, who quite frankly has worse vision than a person talking on their cellular device in traffic on a Los Angeles freeway. In an interview with CSN Mid-Atlantic’s Chris Miller, Richardson predicted that he will be in Canton one day.

"“Putting on a yellow jacket,” Richardson said, referring to making the Pro Football Hall of Fame. He then narrated his own perfect ending. “People wrote him off, he came back and did some amazing things. He always had the pedigree. He just had to get back to the guy that we know.”"

It’s great that he has that mindset, but this is the NFL equivalent of a small child drawing a picture for their parents to put on the fridge, only for the parents to laugh at terrible how it is after the small child walks away.

Richardson also stated in the interview that he knows that it’s his final chance, so it’s good to know that part of him is sane. Richardson in the Hall of Fame? He certainly believes it and you certainly can do with that what you will.
