These five college football head coaches on the hot seat need a win in Week 11.

Week 11 of the college football season has arrived and it’s another week for coaches to fight for their jobs. At this point in the season, plenty of programs have already said goodbye to their bowl chances. Others are fighting for their chance still, but have no margin for error.

We are at the part of the season where once it looks like a team is ready to call it wraps on a year, a program will make the moves necessary. There have already been some rumblings about certain programs ready to throw big money at a coach. With Week 11 here, let’s look at five coaches that need a win in Week 11.

5. Jim Mora

Jim Mora’s job might not be in any imminent danger because his team has dealt with injuries and he has a good recruiting class coming in. Still, Mora can’t afford to just have his team roll over on the season.

While he’s bringing in fantastic recruits, he can’t underwhelm with the great talent he has already brought in and the Bruins need to finish out the season strong for their head coach. At 3-6, the Bruins will miss a bowl game in all likelihood if they lose one more game.

They should get a win this week, as they host Oregon State at home. An ugly loss to a bad team at home could be disastrous for Mora and his team. For both his job security and potentially in a recruiting. They need to take care of business this week.
