The Dallas Mavericks were a bit of a mystery coming into the season. With their health shaky at best, Dirk in the twilight of his career, and a lot of questions at the point guard spot, not many people were predicting big things for Dallas.

Yet after nearly a month, they’re right there in the middle of the playoff picture at 9-7. A large part of their success has been because of the play of those point guards people weren’t expecting much from.

Deron Williams has been more effective than in recent years, and even Raymond Felton has appeared to be a competent NBA point guard. Then of course, J.J. Barea is just J.J. Barea. We know the deal there.

Anyways…while you probably knew that those three were the point guards for the Mavericks, here’s a “very curious fact” about them that you probably didn’t know. It comes courtesy of Manu Ginobili?

This is extremely real and true. I did three Googles and can confirm that all three were born on June 26, 1984.

Wow, really makes you think. Is Dallas involved in an illuminati conspiracy? Well… it hard to say. (But I think yes. It wouldn’t surprise me.)
