Denver Broncos playoff scenarios in Week 15

On Sunday, the Broncos fell to the Pittsburgh Steelers. Despite having a 17-point lead in the second quarter, the Broncos could not hold onto the advantage and now find themselves and only one game up in the AFC West over the Kansas City Chiefs. Kansas City holds the tiebreaker in the AFC West at the moment due to a better division record, meaning Denver has no room for error.

In Week 16, the Broncos will be playing host to the Cincinnati Bengals, who are already in the postseason but are still trying to clinch the AFC North over Pittsburgh. the game is on Monday Night Football, meaning Denver will know the exact scenario it needs. With a win over Cincinnati, Denver will clinch a playoff spot at the very least. Should the Chiefs get upset at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday by the Cleveland Browns, the AFC West would be there for the taking.

The Broncos started out the season at 7-0 but have since gone 3-4 and are struggling to find any offense. Brock Osweiler has shown flashes but is still hoping to find his consistency while Peyton Manning is still coming back from his foot injury.
