A look at when Raptors vs. Heat Game 3 in the 2016 NBA Playoffs will be played

The Toronto Raptors have struggled mightily in terms of Game 1s in the history of the franchise in the NBA Playoffs and that didn’t change in their Eastern Conference semifinals series against the Miami Heat. Though Kyle Lowry hitting a buzzer-beater from midcourt forced overtime, the Raptors lost Game 1 and had a lot of work to do to not completely squander homecourt advantage.

On Thursday night, though, the Raptors were up for the task as they came out firing immediately after tipoff. They jumped out to a big lead and, though they ultimately blew that lead in the third quarter, were able to take yet another game into overtime. In the extra time, Toronto was then able to shut down Miami and get the victory to even the series at 1-1.

However, the Raptors aren’t out of the woods just yet as they head to Miami now to continue the series with Game 3. After dropping Game 1, Toronto could desperately use a victory on the road to really get the advantage back in this series and get closer to the Eastern Conference Finals than ever before.

With all of this, the question of when Raptors vs. Heat Game 3 in Miami is going to be played obviously comes up. Fans won’t have to wait long at all, though. The Raptors and Heat will meet for Game 3 on Saturday, May 7 at 5 p.m. ET with the broadcast being on ESPN.
