Florida State. Dalvin Cook . 10. player. 59.
Judging by their offseason moves to date, the Miami Dolphins have made it clear enough they’re not satisfied with their running back situation. They lost Lamar Miller in free agency and an attempt to sign restricted free agent C.J. Anderson away from Denver didn’t work out. So they were forced to take a gamble on veteran Arian Foster, who has a growing list of injury problems. He joins a depth chart that features lots of maybes like Jay Ajayi and Kenya Drake but few proven commodities who look like they could carry the load for an offense (and not get hurt).

Good news is this will be the draft that can solve their problem. Dalvin Cook may not quite be at the level of Fournette, but he’s pretty close. He carried the Florida State offense on his back in 2015, helping them win more games than they probably should’ve given the high number of key players they lost to the draft including Jameis Winston.

Though known for his mix of speed, acceleration and agility Cook is by no means a finesse back. He showed plenty of toughness to handle high carry numbers and has enough power to shed arm tackles with relative ease. Give him any sort of lane and he could be gone.
. RB
