Grabbing Tyler Boyd was a step in the right direction for the Bengals after they lost Mohamed Sanu and Marvin Jones to free agency this past offseason. That being said he’s still just one man. Andy Dalton is not the kind of quarterback who can make those around him better. He needs multiple weapons in as great an abundance as possible.

Going after another wide receiver to bolster the arsenal is never a bad thing. Especially given the shaky healthy history for tight end Tyler Eifert.

Who would’ve thought Western Michigan might become a minor hotbed for receiving talent? Daniel Braverman is already turning heads in Chicago but his former teammate Corey Davis is even more gifted. He’s got the coveted size-speed-athleticism ratio that allows him to attack defenses in a myriad of ways.

He can win jump balls, box out on back shoulder fades or simply carry it over the top for long gain. Route running is also something he works hard at. If he can showcase that in 2016, there will be plenty of validation for the Bengals taking him here.
. WR. Western Michigan. Corey Davis . 23. player. 56
