Orlando Brown

Offensive Tackle, Oklahoma

The Denver Broncos looked so good in their Week 2 win against the Dallas Cowboys that you would think they would roll over the Buffalo Bills in Week 3. However, their faulty offensive line reared its ugly head, and the offense sputtered throughout the entire game. The Broncos picked an offensive lineman in the first round last year, and they should do the same with their first round pick in 2018.

Orlando Brown is a beast of an offensive tackle, and has helped the Oklahoma Sooners to be one of the best teams in the country. He is the man who is responsible for protecting Baker Mayfield’s blindside, and he has done a tremendous job doing so. The Broncos need to continue to stockpile talent on the offensive line, and Brown has the talent to slide in at the starting left tackle spot as a rookie.

Garett Bolles was selected by the team in the first round in 2017, and he earned the starting left tackle job this Summer. However, he may be more suited for the right side of the line, and you can never have too much talent at that position. The Philadelphia Eagles are riding two bookend offensive tackles to the top of the NFC East, and the Broncos may want to follow that blueprint as they look to take over the AFC West.
