1. Los Angeles Rams

It’s an interesting week for the Rams. Not only do they face the Seahawks in a crucial divisional matchup but they could be in danger of falling out of the playoffs with a loss. A loss to the Seahawks and a Falcons win would plummet the Rams to the No. 7 seed and on the outside looking in. That’s how close the NFC playoff picture is and why this is one of the most crucial games for the Rams this season.

There’s arguably no tougher matchup than going playing the Seahawks on the road. CenturyLink Field is a death trap and rarely do opposing teams come away with a win. It’s the true definition of a home-field advantage. But, if there’s any saving grace for the Rams, it’s that they’ve defeated the Seahawks three out of the last five matchups. They’re the kryptonite to a team that hasn’t been accustomed to losing in recent years. This is also the best Rams team we’ve seen in a long time and they’re legit playoff contenders this season.

The loss to the Eagles last week was devastating but it still proved the Rams can compete with the best of the best in the NFC. These two teams will play again and with Wentz out, the Rams have the upper hand in that matchup. This is just the start of what could be a very special team for years to come.

The Seahawks have proven themselves to be a beatable team this season and the Rams know that going in. They can just about secure up the NFC West and a playoff spot with a much-needed win on Sunday.
