High Value SF

Lance Stephenson, IND vs MIN ($6,600): Stephenson sneaks in just under the average salary on Sunday. He’s been great as a starter for the Pacers this season, averaging 34.6 fantasy points in three games. He’ll draw the start once again on Sunday as Victor Oladipo remains sidelined. He can still turn sour at any point, but that’s less likely to happen with him running the offense alongside Darren Collison. He had just 8.6 fantasy points against the Timberwolves back in October. However, he played only 16 minutes in that contest. He’ll be over 30 minutes on Sunday and should be over 30 fantasy points as a result. ****

Trevor Ariza, HOU vs LAL ($5,200): Ariza has barely missed value in three of his last four. Even when he misses, he doesn’t miss by much, as evident by his three percent dud rating this season. A game against the Lakers should have him back up to his 24.7 FPPG season average. He had a season-high 48.7 fantasy points against the Lakers on Dec. 20. That’s unlikely to happen again, but 25 fantasy points should not be a problem for the veteran swingman. ***

Jaylen Brown, BOS vs BKN ($5,500): Brown is scheduled to return on Sunday after missing the last two games with a knee injury. He’s barely missed value in three of his last five. The Nets are eighth against the position in their last 15 games, but Brown should have no problem picking up points and rebounds in this one. He had 30.3 fantasy points against the Nets on Nov. 14. He should be around value with a chance to be well above if he shows no sign of rust. ***
