9-1-1 takes a sharp turn with a plane crash that turns into the worst day ever. Here’s how to watch 9-1-1 season 1, episode 4 live, on TV and online.

This week’s episode of FOX‘s 9-1-1 sets the bar pretty high for disaster, so we’re telling you how to watch 9-1-1 live Wednesday in order to see what the show is literally referring to as its most terrible day (so far?).

Wednesday’s installment is called “Worst Day Ever,” which is a pretty bold claim to make. But it may be possible for Bobby Nash (Peter Krause), who not only has to help the survivors of a plane wreck that killed at least one person, but has decided this would be a good week to deal with his own personal issues. Peter Krause is a stupendous actor, and this episode sounds like it’s going to put him to the test.

Conversely, this episode could be terrible for Athena Grant (Angela Bassett), who’s decided that once the airport situation is handled, she’s going to deal with some teenage bullies. Is it ever good when an adult decides to take on teenagers? When Peter Griffin tried it, it went very wrong. But you’ll have to watch 9-1-1 online or live Wednesday to see if Athena does any better.

Here’s how FOX officially describes the episode:

"In the aftermath of a deadly plane crash, Bobby and team race to help the survivors, while Athena deals with panic and chaos at the airport. Bobby confronts his past demons; Athena is out for revenge against a group of teen bullies; and Abby delivers an important message from a 9-1-1 caller."
