TODD GURLEY, LOS ANGELES RAMS

Todd Gurley hasn’t shown any signs of slowing down. He has amassed 338 rushing yards through four games which is second amongst running backs in the league. Gurley’s 84.5 rushing yards per game is fourth best. He adds 194 receiving yards which is good for third best amongst running backs. He adds four rushing touchdowns, third best and two receiving touchdowns which is also good for third best.

Through four games Todd Gurley has shown us he is a every week player no matter the opponent. In Week 4 he went up against the Vikings who have now allowed an average of 104 rushing yards per game. Gurley rushed for 4.9 yards a carry with a total of 83 rushing yards on 17 attempts.

Gurley had a season-high 73 receiving yards adding a 8-yard touchdown from Jared Goff. He has a wonderfully high floor and without a doubt the best among running backs alongside Ezekiel Elliott of the Dallas Cowboys.

The Seattle Seahawks do come into this game as the seventh ranked overall defense, along with fifth against the pass. Why is this an intriguing matchup for Gurley? The Seahawks rank 28th-overall against the rush. Seattle has allowed 328.8 total yards to opposing defenses.

The Seahawks also allow 122.5 rushing yards a game, which is really good if you’re a Gurley owner. But as stated above they have only allowed 204.3 passing yards a game. The Rams do boast the No. 1 overall offense in the NFL, and are second-overall in passing and fourth in rushing. This matchup will be intriguing to watch.

Prediction: 150 rushing yards, 55 receiving yards, 3 total touchdowns
