Winner No. 9: Parris Campbell

Perhaps no player landed in a more fortuitous spot in the draft than Campbell. He gets to learn behind/next to T.Y. Hilton, but should still get early playing time in the slot (or outside if Hilton is sent to the slot). He has the opportunity to play with Andrew Luck, one of the best young quarterbacks in the league. And he gets to play inside, perfect for one of the fastest players to enter the league this year.

Campbell should be a very early target in dynasty league rookie drafts and should be drafted as a late-round pick with upside in redraft leagues. He should produce in this offense immediately, and has the potential over the next few years to become the replacement for Hilton as their number one receiver.
