Daily Fantasy Golf: FanDuel PGA – Top Value Picks (Below $9,000)

Vaughn Taylor – $8,900 – (Cash)

Even more so than Hughes, veteran Vaughn Taylor looks like a solid cash play this week, and will likely be popular as well. He did not play last week at the 3M Open, and T-46 in his last action at the Rocket Mortgage Classic. Taylor has made six straight cuts, highlighted by his solo fourth place finish at the Travelers Championship, and it started with back-to-back top-20’s at the Wells Fargo Championship and AT&T Byron Nelson.

Taylor is in great form, and he has played well enough here at TPC Deere Run where I think this price is just way too low. I may have argued that Taylor was a cash play at up to $9,800 or so, so this is one value play I will likely be way over-exposed to this week. He has missed three cuts in nine trips here over the last ten years, and his consistency coupled with the strength of this field and relative salary is a perfect combination. I have a hard time thinking this will not be chalk, not sure what I am missing if he isn’t.
