Week 10 of the NFL is here, but who should you start and sit if you want to win your fantasy matchup this week?

Here’s all the Week 10 advice for your fantasy football: start/sit decision.

Quarterbacks to Start and Sit

Start:

Lamar Jackson (BAL) @ CIN

Jackson impressed the entire nation Sunday night as he gave the undefeated New England Patriots their first loss of the regular season. He has been absolutely sensational this season completing about 64.0% of his passes for 1,813 yards and 12 touchdowns. Factor in his rushing stats of 637 yards and an additional five touchdowns, and you’re looking at the modern-day Michael Vick of this decade. I can’t wait to see what he has in store for us against the Bengals this week.

Drew Brees (NO) vs. ATL

It didn’t seem like Brees missed much of a step in his first game back from a thumb injury he suffered back in Week 2. Just another typical day where he completed 34 passes for 373 yards and three touchdowns against the Arizona Cardinals. The Falcons have one of the worst secondaries in the league, setting Brees up to earn some big numbers once again. It’s also worth noting the status of running back Alvin Kamara as well. If he is good to go, it makes Brees just that much more dangerous.

Sit:

Jared Goff (LAR) @ PIT

I haven’t been all too impressed with Goff’s 2019 season so far. Much like the rest of the Rams squad, they don’t appear to have that same type of gusto from last season. To make matters worse, the Rams will be going up against a red hot Pittsburgh Steelers defense. They have managed to get 22 turnovers as unit so far, which is the second-most. Week 1 was the only time they did not have a turnover for the entirety of the game. I would avoid starting Goff in this one if I were you.
