16. Kyler Murray (LW: 13)

Murray was bad on Sunday, throwing for 163 yards and an interception. On the year, most of Murray’s passing numbers have him as average, and that’s where he comes in on the rankings.

15. Philip Rivers (LW: 15)

Rumors are beginning to swirl about Rivers and whether Tyrod Taylor will replace him in the coming weeks. If so, that would effectively mark the end of an era for the Chargers, who had a great roster in Rivers’ prime and ruined it by hiring Norv Turner. Congrats.

14. Derek Carr (LW: 12)

Carr has always been miserable at Arrowhead Stadium, and Sunday was no different. The Oakland Raiders lost 40-9 to the Kansas City Chiefs, and Carr threw a pair of ugly interceptions including a pick-six to rookie safety Juan Thornhill. Carr is fine when he can play a safe game, but against the big boys, he’s in trouble.

13. Ryan Tannehill (LW: 14)

Tannehill is cruising towards a franchise tag with the Titans. While he threw for less than 200 yards against the Colts, he’s averaging 9.1 yards per attempt with 12 touchdowns and four interceptions. Tennessee has to be thrilled with his play.
