DraftKings NBA centers:

Best Bets:

If LeBron sits as expected, Giannis is practically irrelevant. Anthony Davis will become the most important piece of the slate with George a close second. Both are cheaper than Giannis. The upside on George and Davis is much higher due to them being a one-man gang like Giannis for one night in better matchups.

This is more a public service announcement to not waste your money on Jokic. He was way under value in the first meeting against the Lakers and see no reason why he wont be here as well.

Honorable Mention:

Montrezl Harrell obliterated the Thunder front in the first meeting. Adams is playing better lately, but since Kawhi is out, I can still see Harrell having a strong game here. He should be worth the money, but it’s going to be hard to fit Harrell in with two other stars. You’ll have to cut someone else out.

Steven Adams is playing well right now, and he was strong against the Clippers in the first meeting. I see no reason to move off of Adams unless you truly can’t afford him. Harrell still has a much higher upside, but he’s also more of a threat to kill your lineup than Adams is.

Dark Horses:

I still think Myles Turner is cheap for what he is capable of and he could have a monster game if Sabonis is out. If not, he’ll gladly take a back seat to Sabonis. Still, $5,000 isn’t nearly enough for someone with Turner’s upside. He should be in every GPP lineup.

With Williams out, both Daniel Theis and Enes Kanter are strong value plays. I really like Kanter for the price, but he is only eligible at center. Theis is a strong forward option in a pinch. The bottom of center can really help you play the two studs you want.
