DraftKings NBA picks February 1: 10pm to 1am Eastern is Dame time

DraftKings NBA Power Forwards:
Best Bets:
Domantas Sabonis ($9,500): I’m assuming the people complaining about Sabonis making the All-Star team don’t play DFS or work at DraftKings. We all know how valuable he is. Sabonis worked over the Knicks front for 45.75 DraftKings points the first time around. My complaint about Sabonis is that he wont really get over 5x value at this price. There are a ton of plays in the 9-10k range tonight. I’m not sure Sabonis is one of the best of them, but you can’t argue with the matchup.
Kristaps Porzingis ($7,200): Porzingis has put up some big numbers with Luka out this year and his price hasn’t caught up yet. I’m more than a little shocked that DK didn’t just jack his price for no reason like they did with the guards. Porzingis gains more from Luka being out than they do. Porzingis is a walking 50 with Luka out. It could be even more against Atlanta.
Honorable Mention:
T.J. Warren ($6,100): The Pacers are getting healthy with Brogdon back and Oladipo back on a minutes limit. That didn’t affect Warren much the first game. He was still taking and hitting a high rate of shots. That production is going to take a hit at some point. It shouldn’t against the Knicks. This team locks down the point, funneling the production elsewhere. There’s still enough to like about Warren here.
Taurean Prince ($5,500): Prince has come up with the occasional big game for the Nets this year. None bigger than against Detroit on Wednesday. Prince backed that up with another 6x value performance against the Bulls. His recent run should continue with a similarly weak front of the Wizards tonight. Again, I like Prince for the price here.
Dark Horses:
De’Andre Hunter ($4,600): If Hunter’s rolled ankle doesn’t keep him out, he’s a strong play against Dallas. The Hawks still haven’t really decided what the rotation id going to look like, but Hunter is still playing well over 30 minutes and at least flirts with 6x value almost every time out. That’s what we’re after with a bargain play.
Maxi Kleber ($3,800): It took Mark Cuban less than 48 hours to decide that Kleber was not the answer to the loss of Dwight Powell. WCS is around to steal some minutes, but Kleber seems to do better off the bench anyway. He still has a solid role, but has no upside since he’ll rarely go over 20 minutes.
