The Las Vegas Raiders are still reaping the benefits from the Khalil Mack trade, as they will pick at No. 19 overall in the 2020 NFL Draft. This will be the final year they get draft compensation from the Bears for Mack, who was an all-time defensive player for the Silver and Black, and was shockingly traded prior to the 2018 NFL season.

Without Mack, the Raiders have struggled on defense, but it is not like they were winning any awards with their defense when he was the leader. With the pick they get from the Bears in 2020, they should look to add a cornerback, and Kristian Fulton from LSU is one of the few corners in this draft class who are slated for the first round.

Las Vegas has done a nice job adding to their defensive backfield this offseason, adding safeties Damarious Randall and Jeff Heath. Now they must attack the cornerback spot, especially after their signing of Eli Apple fell through, leaving them with few options at the position group right now.

Linebacker. Jacksonville Jaguars. Kenneth Murray. 20. player. 52.

With their second of two first round picks in the 2020 NFL Draft, the Jacksonville Jaguars should once again look to add to their defense. The Jaguars brought in Javon Kinlaw with the No. 9 overall pick in this mock draft, and with pick No. 20, they bring in some talent to add to the linebacker group.

The Jaguars got this pick due to the fact they traded away Jalen Ramsey during the 2019 NFL season, and they recently lost A.J. Bouye to free agency as well. Of course, they could decide to bring in a cornerback in the first round this April, but in this slot, the value would be to bring in a leader like Kenneth Murray from Oklahoma.

Jacksonville could trade back in the first round, adding a guy like Alabama’s Trevon Diggs or TCU’s Jeff Gladney later in round one. However, if they stay at pick No. 20, and a talent like Murray is available, he instantly becomes the heart and soul of their defense, giving them a linebacker that can play sideline to sideline.
