10 best games on 2020 NFL schedule
The NFL schedule features 256 games of football goodness every year, but these 10 games should be the best in the 2020 season.
We are still a long way from the start of the NFL season, but the release of the schedule brings us one step closer. All 256 games on the 2020 schedule will draw attention from diehards, but those with more limited time on their hands will want to prioritize their viewing.
FanSided has sifted through the entire slate and identified the 10 best games fans will want to watch in 2020. Let’s start in the AFC North with a bitter rivalry that should be ratcheted up by the events of 2019.
10. Cleveland Browns at Pittsburgh Steelers
Neither team made the playoffs in 2019, but the rivalry between the Cleveland Browns and Pittsburgh Steelers has certainly intensified. The big catalyst was Browns’ defensive end Myles Garrett, who was suspended for the rest of the season after slugging Steelers’ quarterback Mason Rudolph with his helmet.
The incident has taken on a life of its own with Garrett claiming Rudolph used racial slurs, a charge the quarterback has denied. Pittsburgh won the second meeting to get a measure of revenge, but Garrett was not available for that game.
Garrett should be back for this matchup and he should receive a healthy dose of hate from the Steelers’ faithful at Heinz Field. Seeing how the Browns respond to that will be fascinating and makes this game a must-watch affair.
