Josh Reddick’s wife told Dodgers fans what she thought about last night’s contentious game.

After Joe Kelly’s controversial performance in last night’s Dodgers-Astros game, Josh Reddick’s wife had some choice words for Dodgers fans on Twitter Wednesday.

In reference to a tweet that noted the inexperience of the Astros bullpen, Jett Reddick told Dodgers fans why their win wasn’t impressive at all.

She’s not wrong; the Astros sorely lack experience in the bullpen, and while some might try to spin that as insulting it’s just a matter of fact. The Dodgers did in fact beat the Astros, who do in fact have what amounts to a minor league bullpen as far as experience goes.

But rather than overthink this, let’s just appreciate that the Dodgers-Astros feud has not lost any of its sizzle.

Tensions were at an all-time high in Houston last night.

In case you missed it, there were quite some fireworks in last night’s tilt. When Joe Kelly took the mound in the bottom of the sixth inning, he fired a fastball behind Alex Bregman’s back in what seemed to be an intentional attempt at a plunking.

Then, later in the inning, Kelly nearly hit Carlos Correa on an offspeed pitch, which clearly wasn’t intentional. After striking out Correa to end the inning, Kelly walked off the field staring him down and taunting the Astros shortstop, which led to a semi-brawl between the two teams.

Kelly was likely taking out his anger after the Astros were outed for sign-stealing this offseason. The Dodgers were a direct victim of the scandal in the 2017 World Series when the Astros took the series in seven games.

Dodgers fans were thrilled to see Kelly get some revenge on the Astros but were even more thrilled that they ended up with the win.
