NFL insider Adam Silver had an update on Russell Wilson and the Seattle Seahawks that fans in the Northwest are not going to like one bit.

The situation between the Seattle Seahawks and Russell Wilson seems to be getting worse by the day. Indeed, the offseason drama between the two sides has brought nothing but anxiety for the Seattle faithful.

Well, the latest update won’t make them happy either. Per NFL insider Adam Silver, Wilson has grown so frustrated with the Seattle front office, he’s ‘eyeballing’ other teams. Goodness, could we actually end up seeing Wilson get traded this offseason?

Russell Wilson is reportedly growing increasingly frustrated with the Seahawks front office

If you’re a Seahawks fan, you’ve got to hate seeing what Silver had to say. This madness all started when Wilson called out the play of his offensive line and said that he wants to see improved protection when he’s lining up under center.

The Seahawks front office didn’t like this whatsoever. Ever since then, things have been nothing other than rocky between the superstar signal-caller and his team.

Wilson is beloved in Seattle, especially after he helped the franchise win its first Super Bowl back in February of 2014. No one wants to see him get traded, as Wilson is no question one of the best quarterbacks in the league when he’s at the top of his game.

While multiple teams would no doubt love to have Wilson run their offense, Seattle would want several first-round picks in return. At the same time, the hope is the two can squash their beef and Wilson can put the Seahawks in a position to compete for another Super Bowl in the near future. Right now, however, his future with the team is totally up in the air.
