4. Rashod Bateman, Baltimore Ravens

Rashod Bateman has emerged as a legitimate receiving threat for the Ravens since coming off of I.R. Since Week 6, here’s how Bateman’s stats have stacked up to Hollywood Brown’s: Bateman has 28 targets, 18 catches, 241 yards to Brown’s 44 targets, 24 catches, and 268 yards.

Bateman isn’t far behind Brown, but remains the number two receiver. The Ravens have thrown more this year with Lamar Jackson than they ever have, which is good for the Ravens’ receivers. Bateman’s floor seems stable and he’s a solid WR3.

3. Kadarius Toney, New York Giants

Since his monster 10-189-1 game, Kadarius Toney has fallen flat, largely due to injury and bad matchups. Similar to Golladay, Toney is coming out of the bye completely healthy and without Shepard in the lineup, Toney has loads of upside in this offense.

Toney’s quick, game-breaking ability gives Toney far more upside than Golladay, and Toney has upside this week in a good matchup with the Bucs. He’s a seemingly solid flex play.
