Week 12 of fantasy football is here, and another week of DraftKings lineups is on tap. Between high-floor and high-upside guys, we have a solid lineup.

DraftKings is a fun yet equally challenging alternative to standard fantasy football, as you draft your lineup week-to-week using a budget to pick from all NFL players. Picking the right combination of guys is a tall task, but it can certainly happen.

In this week’s lineup, we’re focusing on bringing in proven fantasy studs as well as a few high-upside plays. Let’s get into it.

Best DraftKings lineup for Week 12

Quarterback: Cam Newton, Carolina Panthers ($5,600)

Once the Patriots released Cam Newton, the last thing I would’ve thought about would be including him in one of my fantasy football articles as a fantasy stud. Here we are, in Week 12, and Cam is back with the Carolina Panthers. He looked like the Cam of old, which is great news for the Panthers from a real-life perspective as well as a fantasy one.

Newton was the fantasy QB4 in Week 11 against the Football Team. His dual threat ability immediately makes him an intriguing, super high upside play on a weekly basis. Securing that upside for the price we got him at is an absolute steal. Newton is going up against the Dolphins, who allow the fifth-most fantasy points to quarterbacks. Sign me up.
