If you are looking for a potential breakout wide receiver for the 2013 NFL season, St. Louis Rams second-year wideout Brian Quick should be a name to watch. According to reports coming out of Rams minicamps and OTAs, Quick has been catching everything and putting on a show while he shows massive strides of improvement since his rookie year.

Tony Softli of 101 ESPN St. Louis shared some thoughts on Quick’s performance so far this season and it was all positive.

After struggling to learn an NFL playbook coming out of Appalachian state last year, Quick has been catching passes in the “red zone, middle of the field, on crossing routes, and deep down outside.” That versatility makes him an exciting option in the Rams recently re-tooled offensive attack.

If he can step up in his sophomore campaign, Quick will show everyone why the Rams selected him with their second-round pick in the 2012 draft.
