The Cleveland Browns have plenty of players on their roster that are perfect fits for their new offensive system and that has resulted in a lot of attention and excitement surrounding the franchise.

By now we have all heard about Josh Gordon’s potential to be one of the star receivers in the league, Trent Richardson being healthy and the team’s workhorse this season and the all-breakout team first-team tight end Jordan Cameron, but there is another running back generating buzz at camp.

The team acquired running back Dion Lewis from the Philadelphia Eagles this offseason in exchange for linebacker Emmanuel Acho, and the move has been paying off from day one.

“We’ll know a lot more about these guys after three preseason games than we do right now. But Dion has done everything you can ask him to do,” Turner said, via Tony Grossi of ESPN Cleveland. “Obviously my history, I’ve been involved with a guy of his stature (Darren Sproles). He’s made a lot of plays and if you look out here it on the practice field it looks like Darren. Now you’ve got to transfer that into games.”

The Browns will be thrilled if Lewis can be as productive as Sproles was in San Diego as a change of pace back and with his early work in camp impressing the coaches you can expect to see the team looking to get him involved.
