Former Major League Baseball slugger, and steroids whistle-blower, Jose Canseco wants to be the next head football coach for the Texas Longhorns. He sent his condolences to Mack Brown on Twitter and then followed that up by throwing his hat in the ring.
So sorry to hear about Mack Brown. hug for u buddy

He even has a plan to fix the Longhorns.

And it doesn’t involve steroids.
First the lines are weak. It is our foundation and must be stronger. I know what to do. #Cansecohorns

Well… it could if he wants to make people stronger. We know his preferred method of strength and conditioning. How about following Texas A&M and Missouri’s method of improving, a little conference realignment.
Second what conference are we even in now? Just join the SEC already #Cansecohorns

Nevermind that whole Longhorn Network with ESPN that would cause obvious problems if they moved to the SEC. He isn’t a fan of the quarterbacks they’ve had so he’ll go find the next Vince Young.
Third why have we had all these 5'9 QBs with weak arms? Go get another Vince Young #Cansecohorns

The “forth” suggestion is a tangible and realistic option.
Forth hire the Baylor recruiting coach he is killing us. #Cansecohorns

He hadn’t heard back quite yet so he threw out another bullet point to his plan.
My goats could help Bevo #hornseco
