Scott Stallings barely carried the water on eighteen with his 4-iron.  He went on to make birdie, and win the Farmers by one stroke.  When asked if there were any thoughts of laying up, he said:

"No."

Second round leader Jordan Spieth shot two 75s on the weekend to fall out of contention.  He said he is having problems with his ankle, which may be causing him to miss fairways:

"I couldn’t hit balls after the round [on Friday].  Obviously didn’t affect the round on Friday, but just didn’t hit any fairways from there.  I didn’t feel pain at all, so I don’t blame it on that whatsoever, but whatever it was, I wasn’t loading correctly, and therefore I started hitting them left."

I agree with Ryo Ishikawa’s answer to what he likes most about the United States:

"Watching other sports, like football, basketball, baseball."

Graham DeLaet has an awesome beard going:

"Fear the beard."

Billy Horschel finished with an eagle from 97 yards out.  If K.J. Choi made his approach shot, he would have gotten to nine-under:

"K.J. came over and said congrats, and I said there’s room in there for another ball, and his ball just finished short."

After K.J. shot 66 to grab the clubhouse lead at eight-under, Peter Kostis told him not to go anywhere:

"Yeah, I’m watching TV."

Charley Hoffman made a hole-in-one on three:

"It was just a hard pitching wedge.  Actually, the fog was rolling in, it went up and couldn’t see it in the air, knew it was a good line, knew it was hit solid, and it landed just beyond the pin and spun in the hole."

Watch out for Marc Leishman if he starts putting well, he only finished one stroke behind Stallings:

"I’m hitting the ball really well.  Do a little bit of work on my putting and hopefully do better next week in Phoenix."

Watch out for Gary Woodland in Phoenix as well.  He had a tough finish, but he is playing well:

"I’ve got to keep riding this momentum, and go play well next week."
