The New York Knicks are trying to rebound form a dreadful start to their season, and one way they’re trying to do that is find help at point guard. The team has made it no secret they covet Rajon Rondo in a trade and we now are learning why they want help at guard so much.

Not that this isn’t anything Knicks fans haven’t said before, but Raymond Felton is the worst point guard in the NBA. Those aren’t my words, those are the words of an NBA Executive that talked with Adam Zagoria, stating that Felton is worse than not only every other guard in the NBA but there are a string of college players better than him as well.

"“Felton is the worst starting point guard in the NBA,” one NBA executive, whose team recently played the Knicks, told SNY.tv. “I’d take 10 college point guards and about 30 NBA backups over him right now.”"

Harsh criticism but not really that far off from the truth. Felton has had a terrible year and is currently ranked as one of the west point guard in the NBA by CBSSports.com. He’s not the worst according to CBS though, as C.J. Watson and Shelvin Mack are currently rated below him.
