The Phoenix Suns look like they’re a lock to be active at the trade deadline next week. The only question fans have is who will they unload their valuable trade package on and who will they be getting in return? Right now Evan Turner is a hot name to consider but the Suns may look in a different direction for a trade and gander east to Charlotte at one of their guards.

According to Steve Kyler from Basketball Insiders, Ben Gordon could end up being someone the Suns add at the trade deadline.

The Suns could facilitate a three-way trade here, as the Bobcats apparently have an offer on the table with the Philadelphia 76ers to send Gordon and a first-rounder their way for Turner.

A three-way deal where Turner heads to Charlotte, Gordon heads to Phoenix and picks plus Emeka Okafor heading to Philadelphia works out financially (perhaps not logically, though) and seems like one of those massive deadline day deals we typically see.
