The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are readjusting their offensive line this offseason and that involves basically scraping what was there and rebuilding.

Part of that rebuilding may involve bringing in Richie Incognito, who is now as well known as a football player as he is for being a bully. But the Bucs are seeing if Incognito has changed his ways and are showing an interest in signing him.

Lovie Smith talked about the Bucs interest and noted that the team isn’t offering him a deal, rather they’re just talking with him.

Lovie explained though that bringing in Incognito would only be an option if his presence didn’t disrupt team chemistry.

People can hate the Buccaneers for wanting to even consider signing Incognito, but Lovie Smith is a great judge of character and fans can have faith in him. As he said, this isn’t a contract negotiation, it’s part of a process in finding players who can help the team — and not everyone they talk to can.
