Davis missed the game with an MCL sprain, so he had his phone in his street clothes on the sideline. The arrest was being made as the 49’ers left the field following their 31-17 victory.
Anthony Davis did what any other person would do: He posted the video on Instagram:
Deadspin’s Kevin Draper found the video.
A user on Twitter got a glimpse of the other side of the situation as well:
It has not been confirmed as to what the fan did to earn the ire of St. Louis’s finest, but the user who took this photo said that the guy moved down from another section. When asked to leave, the subject pushed the cop.
Davis also took to Twitter to comment on the situation:
At any rate, we likely have not heard the last of this situation.
