No. 32-29

32. Zach Mettenberger – Tennessee Titans (-1)

Zach Mettenberger could end up being the long term solution in Tennessee, but right now I’m still a skeptic. I’m open to bumping him up this list if his play warrants it going forward, but right now he’s at the bottom with nowhere to go but up.

31. Blake Bortles – Jacksonville Jaguars (-1)

Blake Bortles is making a strong push for taking over the bottom spot in these rankings. His league leading 13 interceptions are a problem and while I don’t put a ton of stock in Pro Football Focus’ QB rankings, Bortles -21.7 grade is pretty horrible when you think about the fact that it was over twice as bad as the second worst grade.

30. Michael Vick – New York Jets (+2)

Michael Vick may have lost in Kansas City and got a little banged up in the process, but I still think he played well enough to get himself out of the bottom spot that he was in last week. Vick may not be the star he once was, but he is still capable of making plays on occasion.

29. Teddy Bridgewater – Minnesota Vikings

If I told you that the Vikings were 4-5 would you believe it? I’ll admit it didn’t seem right to me when I saw that record, but kudos to the Vikings for hanging in there. Teddy deserves his share of the credit as he has lead this group to wins over Washington and Tampa Bay. If they continue to win then Teddy may find himself rising higher than No. 29 on this list.
