Toronto Raptors PF Patrick Patterson has an interesting idea for a product that he would like to pitch to you.

Hang on a second. Is this real life? Did an NBA player really just make a sales pitch for an idea that consists of relieving one’s self in a suitcase?

Yes. Yes he did. That player is Toronto Raptors PF Patrick Patterson. During a team promotional segment called “Know Your Players” on YouTube, Patterson was asked a series of random questions. Then the following inquiry came up; “If you were on Dragon’s Den, what product or service would you pitch to the investors?” For those of you who are unfamiliar with the show, “Dragon’s Den” is essentially Canada’s version of “Shark Tank.”

Patterson took a second to gather his thoughts, then spewed off this disgusting, yet incredibly fascinating tangent regarding his pitch. “It would probably be like this travel box, or suitcase that you could use the bathroom in and just pour out in the toilet. So, if you’re like on a plane. Sometimes you’re on a plane, alright? And there’s like someone asleep next to you, and you don’t want to wake them up. So you just pull out the suitcase from under the thing. And there’s like a little tube or something that, you know, use the bathroom in. It stores it, right. And then you can go and pour it out later on. So I call it like the pee-case or something. Yeah, ‘Pee-Case,’ bam. There we go,” Patterson explained.
