Philadelphia Eagles fans are not fond of the Dallas Cowboys, so we should not be surprised to see the Philly fans gave the Dallas team bus an egging as a not so warm welcome.

It wouldn’t be a rivalry matchup between the Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles without the fans getting involved in one way or another. So, when the Cowboys rolled into The Linc, their team bus was given a warm Philly welcome.

The fans outside of Lincoln Financial Field were armed with eggs and fired them off towards the Cowboys team bus.

However, it was ultimately the Dallas Cowboys and quarterback Tony Romo who got the last laugh.

Dallas stormed out to a 21-point lead and ended up coming away with the win.

It wasn’t easy, though, with the Eagles eventually overcoming the early deficit and reclaiming the lead, but Dallas was ultimately able to force Mark Sanchez into a number of turnovers and capitalized on those for the win.

The win gave Dallas the advantage in the race for the NFC East title and allowed the Cowboys to move from No. 7 in the NFC playoff standings to No. 3 — where they would host a playoff game. Philadelphia, meanwhile, dropped from No. 3 to No. 7.
