Packers’ Jordy Nelson Makes Sick Catch Over Defender (GIF)

Jordy Nelson is one of the very best wide receivers in the NFL, though he rarely is regarded as such.

The latest proof of Nelson’s greatness: his incredible 19-yard catch over Tampa Bay Buccaneers cornerback Jonathan Banks to set his Green Bay Packers up at the one-yard line late in the fourth quarter of the teams’ Week 16 matchup.

What a catch. Credit to Nelson for going up there and getting it when Banks had position on the ball.
The grab put Nelson over the 100-yard receiving mark for the day. Also, moments later, Nelson would finish the job he started by scoring from a yard out.
Nelson entered the game with 1,320 yards and 12 touchdowns for the season.
