What five potential free agency destinations make the most sense for Dallas Cowboys star running back DeMarco Murray?
DeMarco Murray has put together an extremely impressive season this year with the Dallas Cowboys, and is set to cash in during free agency this coming offseason. He has been one of the most dominant running backs that the league has seen in recent history, and there are going to be plenty of suitors that line up for him.
That being said, the Cowboys are going to do everything in their power to bring him back. He is going to be extremely expensive for whoever signs him, but Dallas knows just how important he has been for them this season. His numbers on the ground have completely opened up the offense for Tony Romo, and is one of the main reasons that they are a legitimate contender in the NFC this year.
Murray ended up racking up 1,845 yards and 13 touchdowns on 392 carries, and passed Emmitt Smith as the Cowboys’ record holder for rushing yards in a season.
It is going to be very intriguing to see what ends up happening when free agency opens up. Dallas knows that there is going to be heavy competition for his services.
