Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck has an awful neck beard, which is now included on his Lego character.

A lot of professional athletes have signature traits or looks and for Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Lick, it is his neck beard.

And it is an awful neck beard at that, even Luck himself is aware of that.

“I know it’s a bad look,” Luck said, via USA Today. “My girlfriend tells me every day. My mom tells me. I realize it’s a bad look. But I’m not going for any specific look.”

That hasn’t deterred him from keeping it though, and he has a pretty decent reason to keep it.

“To be honest, I don’t like shaving during the season. Razor burn,” he said. “If you grow it this long, you might as well keep it.”

Certainly can’t gripe at that reason, especially when he’d have to wear a chin strap every day.

Still it is an integral part of his look and you can’t think of Luck and not have that beard pop to mind. So when they decided to make his Legos character, they included the beard.
