It’s kind of ironic that it took him this long to shoot a hole in one. They are difficult to achieve, but he’s played on some of the biggest, toughest golf courses in the world and came away with victories. He’s made some tough shots over the years and there’s a reason he is the No. 1 golfer in the world.

This hole in one will not rank up there with his toughest shots, but it will be one of the most memorable shots. Golfers never forget where and when they shoot a hole in one and McIlroy is no different.
